Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-impact deals.
- Work with customers to prototype creative solutions and feed insights back to product and marketing teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Help refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), messaging, and sales playbooks.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term value and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech sales.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital-first industries.
- Proven track record in multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to build business cases that clearly articulate ROI.
- Tech-savvy with comfort discussing AI, automation, and data workflows.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build processes rather than just follow them.
