About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing within the FedCiv territory
  • Prospect, identify, and maintain strong sales relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop solutions for complex data and analytics problems using the Business Intelligence platform
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial relationships with go-to-market partners
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Provide project management to ensure long-term client success

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of professional experience in Federal Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong data literacy and experience using analytics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and high social intelligence
  • Proven ability to be results-oriented and a collaborative team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software sales
  • Active Secret level security clearance
  • Deep understanding of various sales cycles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and lead generation tools
