About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to closed deal
- Qualify and close new customers to meet sales quotas
- Guide senior leaders in construction and supply chain through evaluation processes
- Build compelling business cases and run product demos
- Handle negotiations and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Design and implement new strategies to win key accounts and expand markets
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional experience in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to build credibility with senior, experienced stakeholders
- Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and execution
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Willingness to work in-person in Munich with occasional travel

- Initial experience selling to traditional industries such as construction, supply chain, or trades
