Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and services to assigned clients, ensuring quality materials are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of campaigns
• Facilitate status meetings, client meetings, and client calls
• Participate in the planning and execution of operational and tactical aspects of campaigns
• Monitor client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs
• Assist in preparing ad briefs through data analysis and market research
• Provide timely communication to clients and internal teams regarding project status
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to support brand strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-through abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks across multiple projects
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
