Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives and partners to deliver high-quality client service for a large financial services client
• Strengthen client relationships by acting as a go-to resource and an influential presence among senior management
• Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s products, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally
• Create clear, organized communications across all departments and levels
• Steer actionable briefs and present creative work confidently and persuasively
• Manage client and agency expectations while clearing roadblocks to project success
• Coach, train, and develop junior team members to identify and foster growth
• Oversee production stages and ensure adequate resource allocation
• Monitor the larger financial picture, including contribution margins and revenue targets

Requirements

• Four years of college education
• 4-5 years of agency experience, preferably at a creative agency
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills (high IQ and EQ)
• Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to coach and motivate talent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) for ideation, research, or content generation
