Senior Account Executive-Home Health

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to increase market share through account development and medical community education
• Achieve monthly personal production goals and Medicare admission budgets for assigned locations
• Develop and drive growth strategies while managing financial resources and sales/marketing budgets
• Educate the medical community on services, competitive advantages, and specialty programs through effective sales calls and in-services
• Provide mentorship, assistance, and support to a territory of 10 or more assigned Account Executives
• Foster strategic partnerships with Regional and Agency Operational Leadership teams to drive growth

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to teach and train new Account Executives
