Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial cold conversation to signed contract for deals ranging from $100K to $300K ACV
• Target CTOs, VPs of Product, and Heads of Payments at fintechs, crypto platforms, and financial institutions
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams to align product development with market signals
• Identify high-potential targets in the US fintech and crypto ecosystem
• Conduct deep discovery calls regarding architecture and business models
• Navigate procurement and compliance within regulated environments

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B tech sales
• Experience selling into fintech, payments, banking, or crypto
• Proven track record of closing complex deals with technical buyers
• Deep understanding of US enterprise and mid-market procurement cycles and legal constraints
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment with evolving processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts simply
• Capability to build credibility with both engineers and CFOs
• Strong technical curiosity regarding customer architecture
