About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-value book of business across the UK to maximize incremental GMV from Upmarket brands
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from C-suite vision conversations to operational onboarding
  • Build a high-quality pipeline using business data, category insights, and AI-powered tooling
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brands, developing tailored onboarding plans for long-term platform success
  • Represent Faire at industry events, tradeshows, and through content creation like webinars
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging and brand outreach

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota at an upmarket level (e.g., top 3 in org, President's Club qualifier)
  • Experience managing a high-velocity pipeline of complex, high-value deals simultaneously
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
  • AI fluency, using AI tools daily to prospect, prepare, and accelerate sales processes
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and a mission-driven mindset regarding independent retail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clay, or other AI-driven sales enablement tools
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-growth environments
