Senior Account Executive Expansion

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows and product areas for seat increases or advanced tier upgrades
• Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and closing
• Build and execute targeted expansion plans for your territory to prioritize immediate revenue lift
• Partner with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver high-quality demos and technical validation
• Collaborate with the land team to ensure consistent customer strategy and seamless handoffs
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools
• Multi-thread within existing accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in both English and Dutch
• Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles
• Experience running high-velocity virtual sales cycles via phone and video conferencing
• Ability to uncover expansion opportunities within existing customer bases and convert them into revenue
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical users and leadership
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools
• Comfort engaging with design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
