Senior Account Executive Expansion

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows and product areas for seat increases or advanced tier upgrades
• Execute end-to-end virtual sales cycles, including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and closing
• Build and execute targeted expansion plans within your territory to prioritize immediate revenue lift
• Partner with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver high-quality demos and technical validation
• Collaborate with the land team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and a consistent sales strategy
• Multi-thread within existing accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and drive expansion momentum
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in both English and German
• Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles driven by revenue metrics
• Experience running high-velocity virtual sales cycles via phone and video conferencing
• Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, from technical users to executive leadership
• Comfort engaging with design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
• Strong interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation
• Competitive drive and a growth mindset suited for a fast-moving, startup-style environment
