About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities across Indonesia and Vietnam
  • Identify and qualify leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage complex sales cycles
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and other executive stakeholders
  • Propose appropriate solutions by understanding client needs and delivering high-impact sales presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including channel, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close strategic deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and account planning to management
  • Act as the primary point of contact or escalation point for designated enterprise accounts
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry or partner events within the assigned territories

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Based in Singapore with full Singapore working rights
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience managing customers within the Southeast Asia region
  • Experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS to Dev/IT audiences
  • Proven track record of solution selling to VP and C-level executives
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM tools to manage performance metrics and sales pipelines
  • Experience working alongside channel sales organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products
  • Experience with both on-premise and cloud software solutions
