About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure customer success.
  • Identify and qualify leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements to close strategic sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and other executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Customer Success, to drive business growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and account planning to management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact or escalation point for designated enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales.
  • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Extensive experience engaging and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to track performance metrics and manage pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to create alignment and orchestrate internal account teams.
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach to discovering and meeting customer needs.
