Responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics in Industrial Automation to position eigenblue as a leading partner
- Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution scoping to negotiation and closing
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital units
- Collaborate with engineers to translate complex customer requirements into custom-developed AI systems
- Drive the strategic evolution of sales processes and develop go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B tech sales managing complex cycles and multiple stakeholders
- University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- In-depth understanding of Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Autonomous Products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grasp complex technical challenges
- Business fluency in both German and English
