About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain effective client relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals
- Lead middle market and enterprise sales cycles from introduction through securing a deal
- Manage and support channel partner relationships
- Unearth new opportunities through targeting, networking, and capitalizing on channel relationships
- Scope professional services and demo product solutions for potential clients
- Present via Zoom and in-person, negotiate contracts, and pricing with customers
- Maintain relevant information in Salesforce
- Travel to client/prospect sites and attend trade shows or partner industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Experience selling SaaS solutions is required
- Working knowledge or experience in supply chain
- Willingness to travel within territory when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling e-commerce, supply chain, WMS, or ERP solutions
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
