Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain effective client relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals
• Lead middle market and enterprise sales cycles from introduction through securing a deal
• Manage and support channel partner relationships
• Unearth new opportunities through targeting, networking, and capitalizing on channel relationships
• Scope professional services and demo product solutions for potential clients
• Present via Zoom and in-person, negotiate contracts, and pricing with customers
• Maintain relevant information in Salesforce
• Travel to client/prospect sites and attend trade shows or partner industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Experience selling SaaS solutions is required
• Working knowledge or experience in supply chain
• Willingness to travel within territory when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling e-commerce, supply chain, WMS, or ERP solutions
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
