About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B SME clients within the North American market
- Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to contract execution
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Apply consultative selling techniques to position value-driven travel and technology solutions
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline activity using CRM and sales automation tools
- Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Deliver tailored virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full-cycle B2B closing role
- Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
- Experience presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives both virtually and face-to-face
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other sales automation technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing business development strategies
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
