About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategic approach plans
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFPs/RFIs
  • Conduct professional presentations for potential and existing customers
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close agreements
  • Resolve client issues and handle complaints effectively
  • Support clients with new product features and launches
  • Gather customer feedback to suggest ways to increase engagement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to forge lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and cybersecurity concepts
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
