About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
- Identify potential customers and develop strategic approach plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFPs/RFIs
- Conduct professional presentations for potential and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close agreements
- Resolve client issues and handle complaints effectively
- Support clients with new product features and launches
- Gather customer feedback to suggest ways to increase engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise software solutions
- Ability to forge lasting relationships with senior executives
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cybersecurity concepts
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
