Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to drive revenue growth
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships as a strategic advisor
• Work with internal teams including customer success, marketing, and product development
• Lead contract discussions to ensure optimal outcomes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR
• Experience in CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics industries preferred
• Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally within Europe
