Antithesis provides a platform that helps engineering teams identify and resolve bugs that traditional testing approaches miss. By running entire systems in a deterministic simulation, the platform allows teams to debug faster and ship with greater confidence.
Responsibilities
- Run complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close
- Own and proactively manage a book of business with high accountability
- Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executives in technical and business-focused sales conversations
- Help define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales processes
- Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions with engineering and product teams
- Drive successful customer adoption by articulating value, ROI, and integration considerations
- Mentor new Account Executives and contribute to a collaborative sales culture
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and sales materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Direct experience selling developer tools or highly technical products
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Strong technical acumen to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Sales Engineering or technical product demonstrations
