The Airbnb Hotels team is a fast-growing group leading Airbnb’s expansion into the hotel sector, aiming to deliver the smoothest, most intuitive hotel booking experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into net-new supply to support new-market launches and hit quarterly goals
- Prospect new potential hotels through external research, networking, and Airbnb tools
- Negotiate and close deals with independent and boutique hotels
- Position and communicate Airbnb’s value proposition via phone, email, and in-person
- Own market launches by supporting lead generation and coordinating cross-functionally
- Support hotel onboarding for won sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in sales or account management
- Experience in a fast-growing startup tech or hospitality company
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Capacity to balance day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic execution
