Senior Account Director

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior client lead across multiple F1 client accounts, primarily for a flagship global automotive client
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and partnership objectives
• Lead the vision, quality standards, and creative ambition for all F1 guest and hospitality programmes
• Set benchmarks for premium guest experiences including logistics, VIP services, and onsite execution
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple hospitality programmes across the full F1 season
• Manage budgets across multiple clients to ensure accuracy and value creation
• Lead and mentor a team of 4, planning and delivering premium experiences at F1 Grand Prix events
• Collaborate with producers, logistics specialists, and external suppliers for seamless delivery

Requirements

• Significant experience in premium sports hospitality, experiential delivery, or partnership activation
• Deep knowledge of the Formula 1 ecosystem, paddock operations, and hospitality environments
• Proven success in senior client-facing roles with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel internationally throughout the F1 season, including race weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
