Senior Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Kijamii’s UAE client portfolio, managing revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Lead the strategic direction of UAE clients to ensure work aligns with business objectives and delivers impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Manage all commercial aspects, including scopes, pricing, proposals, renewals, and financial accuracy
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of retainers and campaigns, ensuring quality and operational excellence
• Act as the primary escalation point for UAE clients and internal teams
• Drive collaboration across regional teams in Cairo, Riyadh, and Dubai
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives
• Support new business efforts and pitches in the UAE market
• Manage and develop the UAE account management team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in an advertising, creative, or digital agency
• Proven experience working within the UAE/GCC market
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker
• Strong client leadership and relationship-building skills
• Solid commercial understanding of pricing, scopes, and profitability
• Hands-on approach with high ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
