Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage the Commerce delivery team, ensuring high standards of delivery and client retention
• Act as a senior partner to clients, maintaining exceptional service standards across all workstreams
• Own the Social Commerce & Affiliate delivery standard, including performance strategy, analysis, and optimization
• Support the Commercial team on pitches by providing operational, strategic, costing, and feasibility input
• Set TikTok Shop strategy and oversee execution across creator, seller, and live shopping
• Maintain senior relationships across affiliate networks and social commerce platforms
• Ensure quality, profitability, and operational rigour across the portfolio

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate, or influencer performance
• Proven people leadership and experience line-managing delivery teams
• Deep, demonstrable knowledge of TikTok Shop (creator, seller, and live shopping)
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Awin, Impact, or Partnerize
• Commercial fluency in reporting on GMV, AOV, CPA, CAC, and ROAS
• Experience owning client strategy and delivery for commerce or performance products
• Strong operational judgement and experience supporting new business pitches
