About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop strategic relationships across the MSP and CCaaS partner ecosystem to strengthen Bandwidth’s market position.
  • Engage with platform providers, MSPs, and system integrators to embed voice and messaging capabilities within modern customer engagement technologies.
  • Identify and develop enterprise opportunities shaped through partner ecosystems, working collaboratively to support customer adoption.
  • Expand Bandwidth’s brand recognition within the European contact centre ecosystem, specifically across CCaaS and AI-driven platforms.
  • Shape and progress complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders across partner organizations and enterprise customers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of ecosystem-influenced opportunities with clear visibility into deal progression and forecast health.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to support market expansion and partner engagement.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine Bandwidth’s partner strategy and routes to market across Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes.
  • Deep experience working with partner ecosystems, including MSPs, strategic alliances, and system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of partner engagement models, including Sell-To, Sell-Through, and Sell-With motions.
  • Established credibility and a demonstrable network within the contact centre, CCaaS, or UCaaS landscape.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and pipeline management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within customer experience (CX), CRM, or contact centre ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of the intersection between AI, CCaaS, and communications infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Five9, Zoom, or RingCentral.
