Senior Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for the planning, preparation, and execution of strategic growth activities for high-priority accounts.
• Research, analyze, and synthesize client and sector information to produce decision-ready insights for Sales teams.
• Support the translation of account growth strategies into defined actions, milestones, and execution plans.
• Leverage EY tools, platforms, and enablement resources to improve the efficiency and scalability of account growth support.
• Collaborate across interdependent teams and functions to align inputs and outcomes in a multinational matrixed environment.
• Take ownership of driving work forward, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-up through to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in large-scale sales enablement, account management support, or related roles.
• Proven experience in sales enablement and account management support.
• Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and coordination skills.
