Senior Account Analyst

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of commercial insurance program administration, including pre-renewal, post-renewal, and ongoing service.
• Assist Account Executives and Managers with carrier billing, claim processing, and certificate requests.
• Prepare and gather essential client data, including exposures, loss runs, and carrier information.
• Provide administrative support for client marketing, including gathering submission information and coordinating vendor responses.
• Process and issue binders, invoices, auto ID cards, and claims instructions.
• Coordinate client invoicing, monitor for errors, and audit renewal invoices for accuracy.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by setting up file structures, account documentation, and system profiles.
• Execute tactical communication activities, such as preparing presentation materials for client meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with vendors and clients.
• Strong presentation and professional communication skills.
