Senior Academic Advisor, Enrollment Management

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to facilitate successful educational planning and degree completion for current and prospective students.
• Support transition students, including major changers and non-matriculated students, with information regarding curriculum, policies, and academic guidelines.
• Evaluate student information and utilize data to facilitate enrollment, registration, and tracking of student populations.
• Refer students to appropriate career, academic, counseling, and student life resources.
• Serve as the lead for supporting senior audit students through strategic outreach and registration tracking.
• Utilize student success technologies for outreach and maintain up-to-date knowledge of advising practices and university policies.
• May lead programmatic areas, train new staff, supervise student workers, or teach college-level courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Three years of academic advising experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
