Senior 3D Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts, visualizations, and photorealistic renders for experiential projects
• Design exhibition booths, event structures, retail displays, and branded environments
• Produce technical and shop drawings for production handover
• Lead assigned projects from concept development through final design delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Review production outputs to ensure design quality is maintained
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising overall studio standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event structures, and branded spatial experiences
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona
• Strong understanding of production materials, fabrication methods, and build constraints
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or SketchUp
• Previous experience within an events agency, exhibition contractor, or experiential marketing environment
