Senior 2D Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 2D animations for brand and product videos
• Collaborate with the lead designer and creative writers on concept ideation and visual storytelling
• Ensure artistic consistency and technical excellence across all project deliverables
• Mentor junior and middle designers by providing constructive feedback and animation guidance
• Research and introduce modern animation techniques and tools to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of composition, movement, and visual rhythm
• Proven track record of delivering polished, storytelling-driven motion work
• Strong leadership skills, creative initiative, and a collaborative approach
