Senior 2D Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for marketing materials, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other channels
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to produce creative assets that align with business goals
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to company standards
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in 2D graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
