About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
- Plan and deliver engaging sensory and play-based activities
- Support the child with emotional regulation and behaviour
- Collaborate with team, families, and schools to ensure inclusion
- Follow all safeguarding, SEND, and Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Real SEND experience
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
- Ability to work in a child-led environment
- Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education
- Ability to provide two references
- Successful Enhanced DBS check
