SEN Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, and celebrate learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Work closely with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants to enhance learning experiences
• Support small groups of learners within a classroom environment
• Contribute to an enriching, relevant, and stimulating curriculum for students

Requirements

• Adaptive, creative, and enthusiastic approach to learning support
• Ability to work as a flexible and dedicated team player
• Calm, caring, and patient demeanor when working with students
• A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential
