About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate, motivate, and celebrate learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Work closely with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants to enhance learning experiences
- Support small groups of learners within a classroom environment
- Contribute to an enriching, relevant, and stimulating curriculum for students
Requirements
- Adaptive, creative, and enthusiastic approach to learning support
- Ability to work as a flexible and dedicated team player
- Calm, caring, and patient demeanor when working with students
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential
