About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high levels of care during daily activities, including personal care, washing, dressing, and socialising
  • Support children and young people with severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties
  • Assist with therapeutic sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy
  • Ensure medical needs are met at all times and maintain a safe, supportive environment
  • Build strong, empowering relationships with children and young adults to promote independence
  • Maintain flexibility to assist with various duties across the home as required

Requirements

  • A strong sense of compassion and a drive to empower and transform lives
  • A willingness to assist and diversify your duties wherever required
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with residents
  • Experience is not essential, but a commitment to providing exceptional care is

Preferred Qualifications

  • Level 3 in Residential Child Care (desirable but not essential)
