Redeemer Lincoln Square (LSQ) is a church dedicated to building a great city by bringing personal conversion, community formation, social justice, and cultural renewal to New York City and the world.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a specific ministry area including Pastoral Care, Administrative, Community Life, Women's/Men's Ministry, Mission & Evangelism, Mercy & Justice, Children's Ministry, Worship Arts, Youth Ministry, Hospitality, or Young Adult Ministry
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Meet regularly with supervisors and pastors for coaching and ministry development
- Execute leadership responsibilities within an assigned ministry area
Requirements
- Enrolled in a NYC-based seminary program (or planning to enroll prior to start date)
- Hold an undergraduate degree
- Member of a Gospel-Centered Church with a recommendation from said church
- Ability to attend Redeemer LSQ regularly
- Demonstrated motivation to serve others and the glory of God
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in hands-on ministry experience within a specific urban church context
