About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting for assigned grant awards within a $5M portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with subgrantees, partners, and vendors.
  • Set up and administer project management software and develop standardized templates for the ATS Grants team.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation ensuring compliance with internal controls and award terms.
  • Prepare timely and compliant program reports for internal leadership and external funders.
  • Collaborate with the Grants Finance & Compliance Manager to integrate programmatic and financial data.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of key public events and maintain an integrated events calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of direct experience managing multi-stakeholder projects or teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and at least one project management or business analytics software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to solve operational or relational problems.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing similar grants or diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Direct experience with software integration or workflow automation.
