About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned equipment and run required processes to support the MEMS Wafer Fab
- Perform product inspections using microscopes and utilize measuring and diagnostic tools
- Set up and change over equipment to ensure efficient production
- Record and report production data using computer systems
- Analyze data and production reports to ensure high-quality manufacturing
- Maintain work area cleanliness and comply with all safety rules
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and support the Honeywell Accelerator Operating System
- Work with chemicals and perform various manufacturing tasks as required
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and protocols
- Ability to communicate information clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, clean room environments, or general manufacturing
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify key details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Creative thinking and ability to analyze complex information and concepts
