Semiconductor - MEMS Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment and run required processes to support MEMS Wafer Fab
• Perform inspections and run qualifications to ensure high product quality
• Analyze production data and reports to maintain manufacturing efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and support the Honeywell Operating System
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Comply with all safety rules, protocols, and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and record production data accurately

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures and protocols
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected asylum/refugee status) due to export control regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or a related technical field
• Previous experience in semiconductor processing
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes
• Experience working within cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
