Semiconductor Maintenance Technician - CVD

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on CVD equipment, including AMAT Centura, P5000, Producer, and Novellus Concept 2 toolsets
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment alarms, analyze operational data, and develop effective action plans
• Execute consumable changes and maintain toolset reliability in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals and within confined spaces
• Utilize root-cause problem-solving techniques to resolve complex semiconductor toolset issues
• Complete necessary documentation and provide training to other team members as required

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
• Proficiency in repairing pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work compressed shifts, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• AA, AS, or AAS degree in an electronics or mechanical discipline
• Relevant experience in Implant or military technical training
