About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall design, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits
- Manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
- Execute verification processes using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
- Collaborate with marketing, probe, assembly, test, and product engineering groups to ensure manufacturability
- Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in VLSI and CMOS device and process
- Experience with Verilog or System Verilog
- Knowledge of DFT modes and uses
- Experience with DRAM memory
- Strong verification and debug experience
