Semi Fab Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the semiconductor manufacturing process by operating basic fabrication and test/measurement equipment.
• Complete all required equipment operation training and certifications.
• Adhere to all written specifications and maintain 100% compliance for qualified tasks.
• Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning and proper wafer handling.
• Maintain accurate production records and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Comply with all safety protocols and respond to visual or audible alarms.
• Utilize idle time effectively for equipment setup, product staging, and lot transportation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs).
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods (up to 11 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 15 pounds and use 5–15 pounds of pushing/pulling force.
• Physical ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and crouch.
