Responsibilities

• Provide home care services to customers to help them live independently at home
• Support customers based on their unique needs and conditions
• Work shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
• Cover for permanent staff during their summer holidays

Requirements

• Service-oriented and responsible personality
• Passion for helping and caring for others
• Ability to build good relationships with customers and their relatives
• Valid driver's license is preferred as a car is largely used in the role
• Must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record and valid photo ID
• Must have the right to work in Sweden (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit)
