Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to implement business strategies and manage daily store operations
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to associates
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is guest-ready
• Ensure compliance with store safety, asset protection, and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends and KPIs
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
• Understanding of general employment law and operational procedures
