Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to implement business strategies and drive key KPIs
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members to ensure optimal staffing
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to associates
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure operational excellence across all zones
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze daily sales trends
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
