Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to implement business strategies and manage daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to drive associate engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure operational excellence across all store zones.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reporting and daily trends.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• General understanding of employment law.
