Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to implement business strategies and analyze daily trends to hit KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members to ensure excellent service standards.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to motivate the team.
• Execute daily operational procedures and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to service standards.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• General understanding of employment law.
