Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with professional bra fitting
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, processing transactions accurately and reinforcing buying decisions
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure products are floor-ready and available for purchase
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, housekeeping, and organized backroom management
• Support loss prevention efforts and store strategy to reduce shrink

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
