Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with professional bra fitting
• Deliver efficient and friendly service at the cash wrap, accurately processing transactions
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure the sales floor is floor-ready and meets brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including back room and sales floor maintenance
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to visual merchandising standards

• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
