Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge
• Provide customers with professional bra fitting services by asking effective questions
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure products are floor-ready and available for purchase
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, housekeeping, and back room organization
• Support loss prevention efforts and store strategy to reduce shrink

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
