Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge
• Provide customers with personalized bra fitting services by asking effective questions
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom and understock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and assist with housekeeping tasks on the sales floor

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
