Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging and selling to customers
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with perfect bra fittings
• Deliver efficient cash wrap experiences by accurately processing transactions at the Point of Sale
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure products are floor-ready and available for purchase
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, housekeeping, and organized back room management
• Support loss prevention efforts and store strategy to reduce shrink

• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
