Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with professional bra fitting
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases
• Maintain brand standards by replenishing merchandise and processing new stock to be floor-ready
• Execute floorset activities and assist with visual merchandising to ensure an elevated shopping environment
• Support store operations through housekeeping, loss prevention awareness, and maintaining a safe workspace

• Schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
